1.1 VAU0 LLC is the distributor of the tires sold through VAU0 Tire Direct. VAU0 is not the manufacturer. The tires are manufactured by the brand indicated on the tire sidewall and product listing.
1.2 As distributor, VAU0 LLC facilitates warranty claims on behalf of Buyers but does not independently manufacture, design, or warrant the tires beyond what is provided by the manufacturer.
2.1 Each tire sold through VAU0 Tire Direct is covered by the manufacturer's standard limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service conditions.
2.2 The manufacturer's warranty documentation is included with your tire shipment or is available upon request by contacting office@vau0.com.
2.3 To initiate a manufacturer warranty claim:
3.1 All tires are DOT compliant as of the date of manufacture and at the time of initial sale.
3.2 Buyer is solely responsible for:
The following conditions void manufacturer warranty coverage and are not covered by any warranty from VAU0 LLC:
5.1 TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, VAU0 LLC MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO THE TIRES SOLD THROUGH THIS PROGRAM, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
5.2 VAU0'S SOLE WARRANTY OBLIGATION IS TO FACILITATE MANUFACTURER WARRANTY CLAIMS AS DESCRIBED IN SECTION 2 OF THIS POLICY.
